Mr. Arif Saeed

(Chairman/Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Arif Saeed graduated from the University of Oxford. He currently serves as the Chairman of Service Global Footwear Limited, the Chief Executive Officer of Service Industries Limited and Service Tyres (Private) Limited. He is a Director of Service Long March Tyres Limited, Service Retail (Private) Limited and Servis Foundation.

He is the founding Chairman of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Private) Limited, Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Private) Limited, and the National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited, successfully overseeing the establishment of four fast-track power projects in the public sector. He has served as Chairman of the All-Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) and the Lahore Stock Exchange.

Mr. Saeed is currently the President of the Pakistan Olympic Association. He is the founder of the Pakistan Rugby Union, currently serving as its Chairman, and has been a Director of the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Mr. Saeed is a member of the Board of Governors of Aitchison College and Divisional Public School, Lahore. He is the Chairman of the recently established Daanish University Trust, Chairman of Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) and an Independent Director on the Board of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL).

Mr. Hassan Javed

(CEO/Executive Director)

Mr. Hassan Javed is a leather technologist from Nene College, United Kingdom, and a shoe technologist from ISMS School, Czech Republic. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Global Footwear Limited.

Mr. Javed has also served Service Industries in various capacities, most notably as the Resident Director, Gujrat, for more than fifteen years. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gujranwala Electricity Supply Company. He serves as a Director of Standard Spinning Mills (Private) Limited. He has also served as the Chairman of the Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association.

Under his leadership, Service Global has established a joint venture with a leading Chinese company for the export of athletic footwear from Pakistan. He was awarded the Tamgha-i-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan in recognition of being the largest exporter of footwear in 2024.

Mr. Saif Javed

(Executive Director)

Mr. Saif Javed graduated from Suffolk University in Boston in 2021 with a major in Business Administration. After completing his studies, he joined Service Global Footwear, where he initially served as the Head of Safety Footwear Business. Under his leadership, he successfully grew the division from its startup phase, establishing a foundation for long-term growth. Few years later, Mr. Saif expanded his responsibilities and is now managing a business unit within the company, overseeing significant contributions to its overall success. His strategic direction and leadership have played a key role in driving the company’s continued growth. In addition to his professional achievements, Saif is also passionate about charity and philanthropy, dedicating time to various causes outside of his corporate role.

Mr. Omar Saeed

(Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Omar Saeed graduated with high honors from Brown University and earned his master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Service Long March Tyres Limited and Servis Foundation.

Mr. Saeed also serves on the Boards of Nestle Pakistan Limited, Systems Limited, Service Industries Limited (SIL), The Hunar Foundation, and Shalamar Hospital. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Service Industries Limited from 2011 to 2018. Under his leadership, SIL received the prestigious Pakistan Stock Exchange Top 25 Companies Award multiple times.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Saeed, has established multiple businesses for the Servis Group over the past two decades. His international experience includes working in Silicon Valley, setting up a manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, and establishing a retail company in Kenya. He has recently been appointed Chairman of the Export Development Fund, a government entity mandated to support export-oriented industries across the country.

Mr. Azmat Ali Ranjha

(Independent Director)

Mr. Azmat has served in the public sector for almost 38 years in key positions as a civil servant. During his exemplary career in civil service, he has held various key positions such as Secretary Implementation S&GAD Punjab, Secretary Finance Punjab, Secretary Agriculture Punjab, Consul General of Pakistan in Hong Kong, Trade Minister Embassy of Pakistan Washington DC, Federal Secretary Information Technology and Telecom, Federal Secretary Commerce and Rector National School of Public Policy. Mr. Azmat holds Master’s degree in Public Administration from United States of America (USA), Master’s in English Literature from University of the Punjab and Diploma in Personnel Administration from USA. In addition, Mr. Azmat has also attended various national and international courses and is a certified Director from University of Lahore.

In the capacity of Federal Secretary Information Technology and Telecom, Mr. Azmat has served on the Boards of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), Telecom Foundation, Pak Data Com, Ufone and Universal Service Fund Company.

Currently, Mr. Azmat is serving as Rector of the National School of Public Policy and in that capacity he is serving on the Boards of Governors of National School of Public Policy, Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS)
and National College of Arts.

Mr. Abdul Rashid Lone

(Independent Director)

Mr. Abdul Rashid is a well-known experienced professional and served in Gas Industry in Pakistan over a span of 36 years with distinction and dedication in various important positions which mainly included, Managing Director Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Managing Director Interstate Gas Systems Limited (IGSL), Director on the Boards of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) and Interstate Gas System Limited (IGSL). He has also served as Board Member of Petroleum Institute of Pakistan (PIP) and Managing Director of Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited.

Mr. Abdul Rashid is a Chemical Engineer by profession holding MSc (Chemical Engineering) degree from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is a registered professional engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Fellow Member of Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers and Member, NACE International, USA.

Presently, Mr. Abdul Rashid is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Qarshi Foundation Trust and Vice Chancellor of Qarshi University.

Ms. Maleeha Humayun Bangash

(Independent director)

Over the years, Ms. Maleeha has served on senior management positions in public and private sector. During her exemplary career, she served as Managing Director, Investment Climate Reform Unit – (IFC/World Bank Group-P&D Department, Govt. of Punjab), Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Habib Asset Management Limited, Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President – JS Investment Ltd, Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Strategy, Bus Development & Product Structuring – UBL Fund Manager and Member/Commissioner (Equivalent: Grade 21) Advocacy & Research, Add representative: Mergers & Acquisitions, Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP).

Her latest assignment was Advisor to Finance Minister, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Engaged by World Bank Group for EODB, Investments, Investment Climate).

Ms. Maleeha is also serving on the Boards of Thardeep Microfinance Foundation, Mithi, Habib Insurance Company Limited, Nishat Power Limited and Cherat Packaging Limited. She has also attended various national and international courses and a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Hassan Ehsan Cheema

(Executive Director)

Mr. Hassan received his Master’s degree in Commerce (M. Com) from Hailey College, University of the Punjab in 2002. He topped the M.Com. examinations and received Gold Medal. He is on the distinction list of Hailey College of Commerce. He has also completed foundation courses of two stages of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan ICMAP as well. Mr. Hassan joined the Servis Group in 2002 and held various senior management positions in the Group in the areas of production planning, sales and marketing. Mr. Hassan is presently serving as a Business Head in SGFL.

Mr. Kashif Aziz Khwaja

(Non Executive Director)

Kashif Aziz Khwaja is the Chief Executive Officer at Servis Retail, a company with a 75 years legacy. Kashif’s career began at British American Tobacco (BAT) and progressed through the organization. He held Senior Leadership positions across Pakistan, Vietnam, Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia. He served as a Global Brand Manager for Gold Leaf. Kashif also, served as Cluster Marketing Director in Vietnam for Markets of Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand. His last job at BAT was Executive Marketing and Sales Director in South Korea.

After moving back to Pakistan, Kashif ventured into the food industry, running his own business. He later joined SERVIS and built Shoe Box from scratch, a footwear brand, which he successfully transitioned into Servis, one of the fastest-growing and most efficient footwear businesses in the country.

His leadership not only focused on business growth but also on fostering a positive work environment, earning Servis Retail the “Best Place to Work” award from the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM) in collaboration with Engage Consulting.

In addition to his role at Servis Retail, Kashif holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Cadet College Hassan Abdal Endowment Fund Trust and is a Board Member of Speed Sports Private Limited, where he provides advisory support.
